Delivery & Return Policy

This document outlines the delivery process and cancellation/refund terms for the digital services provided by Addvero. All our services are entirely digital; no physical product delivery is involved.
1. Service Delivery Process
After your order is confirmed, our project manager will contact you within 1 business day. Web design projects typically take 2–6 weeks; SEO packages run on monthly cycles. Delivery dates are mutually agreed upon at the kickoff meeting and confirmed in writing.
2. Digital Delivery
All work goes through draft approval, revision rounds, and final delivery stages. Completed digital assets (website, graphics, content, etc.) are handed over after approval via email, cloud sharing, or a project management platform.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Before project start: Full refund issued. After project start: A deduction proportional to work completed is applied; the remainder is refunded. After delivery: No refunds for approved and delivered digital services. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@addvero.com.
4. Revision Rights
The number of revisions included in each package is stated in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the draft.
