Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, governing the service relationship between Addvero Digital Marketing and the customer.

1. Parties

Seller: Addvero Digital Marketing, Afyonkarahisar, Turkey — info@addvero.com — +90 506 960 2367 Buyer: The person or organisation purchasing the service (name/title and contact details provided at checkout apply).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms for the remote provision (via internet, email, etc.) of web design, SEO, brand identity, content creation, AI solutions, and related digital services.

3. Service Fee & Payment

The service fee is clearly stated on the payment page or in the proposal. Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer. Credit card payments are processed securely through the iyzico payment infrastructure. All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Performance Timeline

Services are entirely digital; no physical delivery is involved. Project work begins within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Delivery dates vary by project scope and are confirmed in writing.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of the contract date without stating any reason. However, the right of withdrawal expires once performance of digital content has begun and the consumer has given prior consent to this. Withdrawal notices must be submitted in writing to info@addvero.com.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement may be referred to Consumer Arbitration Committees and subsequently to Consumer Courts. Jurisdiction: Afyonkarahisar. Current monetary thresholds are governed by the communiqués published by the Ministry of Trade.

7. Entry into Force

This agreement enters into force when the buyer completes the payment or confirms the service order, and is binding on both parties.
